1. Returns

We understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel a service appointment or an order, the following cancellation policies apply: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, a cancellation fee of 20% of the service cost will be charged. Remaining Amount will be refunded.

No-shows or cancellations made after the service has commenced will not be eligible for a refund.

If a refund approved, It will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation approval. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
